Suspension of Deposits & Withdrawals for ETH on BSC and HECO

Dear users,
To support the Ethereum Merge and secure the allocation of forked tokens in the case of a chain split, Pionex will suspend Deposits & Withdrawals for ETH on BNB Smart Chain(BSC) and HECO Chain at approximately 2022-09-09 at 14:00(UTC). Please ensure that you complete your transfers before the above time.

The suspension will last until the Merge is complete. Deposits and withdrawals of ETH on the impacted networks will resume when the Ethereum networks are deemed stable.

Please note:

• The trading of ETH on the impacted networks will not be affected during the wallet maintenance period.
• Deposits and withdrawals of ETH on the impacted networks will be suspended starting from 2022-09-09 at 14:00 (UTC).
• Any deposits of ETH on the impacted networks during the wallet maintenance will not be credited and will not be eligible for any forked token credit in the event of a chain split.
• After the Ethereum Merge is completed and the networks are stable, deposits and withdrawals will be reopened and we will notify users in a further announcement.
