How to Reset Password when Google 2FA lost

If you want to reset your password but you lost your Google authenticator due to changing devices or other factors, please read the following content carefully.

Please send an email to service@pionex.com with the title "I would like to reset my Google 2FA" and answer the following questions in the content.

Question1: What is your Pionex account?

Question2: Please describe the reason why you need to reset Google 2FA.

Question3: When was your account registered? (Year-month)

Question4: What is your account nickname?

Question5: Which kind of bots and with which trading pairs have you used?

Question6: Please provide the front/back photo of your ID card, and yourself holding ID card with {Application for Resetting Google Authenticator "Your Account Email" + "Date of the Day"} written on a paper to record a video

(2 pictures + 1 video in total, the video duration needs 3- 5 seconds)

Please Notice

1. For the first question please answer the email address or phone number that you registered for a Pionex account.
2. For the third question please answer the sign-up date of your Pionex account, you can search the email verification code Pionex sent for signing up.
3. For the fourth question please answer the username you set up for your Pionex account. If you didn't set it, please answer " None ".
4. And the fifth question please answer the kind of bots you created and the pairs you created with those bots. For example, Infinity bot: ETH/USDT, Martingale bot: BTC/USDT, etc.

We will reset it for you within 1-3 business days after confirming your information.
