Pionex has suspended the deposits of USDC from 11th March 2023 at 02:00(UTC). During the suspension period, USDC deposits can be refunded.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the suspension and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please noted:

• USDC deposits will be reopened on 13th March 2023 at 12:00(UTC).
• Uncredited USDC deposit will be automatically credited when the deposit and withdrawal are reopened. Before that, you can also apply for a USDC deposit refund through the following form.
