Announcement on Supporting BCH Network Upgrade

Dear users,

Due to the BCH network upgrade, Pionex is expected to suspend the deposit and withdrawal of the BCH network at 09:30 on May 15th, 2023 (UTC).

Please Note

• During the network upgrade, the trading functions of BCH related tokens will not be affected.
• During the deposit and withdrawal maintenance period of BCH, the deposit of relevant tokens will not be credited.
• After the network upgrade, Pionex will reopen the deposit and withdrawal functions of the BCH network when the network is stable.
