Steps for purchasing
- Enter the amount you want to purchase through SEPA. After reading the precautions, please check “I agree”.
- On the next page, you will see the unique reference code for your Pionex account. Please make sure you enter the correct reference code during the bank transfer.
- After completing the transaction, please wait for 0-7 business days for depositing crypto to your Pionex account. If you do not receive the deposit after 7 business days, please contact our Live chat and the service agents will assist you.
- If you want to check the historical records of SEPA, you can see them in “Order History”.
What do I do when I do not receive the deposit in my Pionex account?
Please provide the following information for service agents or email service@pionex.com when you do not receive the deposit after 7 business days.
1. Owner's name of the bank account
2. Owner's name of the Pionex account and the account email/phone number (including country code)
3. Remittance amount and date
4. A screenshot of the remittance information from the bank
