Announcement on Supporting BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) Network Upgrade

Dear users,

Due to the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network upgrade, Pionex is expected to suspend the deposit and withdrawal of the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network at 23:00 on January 22nd, 2024 (UTC).

Please Note

• During the network upgrade, the trading functions of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) related tokens will not be affected.
• During the deposit and withdrawal maintenance period of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), the deposit of relevant tokens will not be credited.
• After the network upgrade, Pionex will reopen the deposit and withdrawal functions of the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network when the network is stable.
