Announcement on Supporting ETC Network Upgrade

Dear users,

Due to the ETC network upgrade, Pionex is expected to suspend the deposit and withdrawal of the BCH network at 13:00 on February 4th, 2024 (UTC).

Please Note

• During the network upgrade, the trading functions of ETC-related tokens will not be affected.
• During the deposit and withdrawal maintenance period of ETC, the deposit of relevant tokens will not be credited.
• After the network upgrade, Pionex will reopen the deposit and withdrawal functions of the ETC network when the network is stable.
