Announcement on BTC & BRC20 address changed

Dear Pionex user,

Account has transferred or held the following assets through BTC & BRC20 network:

BTC
ORDI
RATS
SATS

Please note that the BTC & BRC20 network deposit addresses for these assets have changed. To protect your assets, please manually update all deposit addresses you have saved previously. Because Pionex cannot change addresses you have stored elsewhere.

Please be sure to check the addresses in the following scenarios:

(1) On-chain wallets, such as MetaMask, TrustWallet, etc.

(2) Whitelisted addresses of other exchanges

(3) Deposit addresses with paper backups

If you continue to use the old address to deposit, you may lose your assets and cannot recover them through Pionex.
