This issue prevented users from acquiring real-time position information, thus affecting subsequent judgments and transactions.
After a thorough investigation, we found that this trade function anomaly was mainly due to the sudden increase of our bot order count by over 100 times during the "U.S. SEC's Approval of Ethereum Spot ETF Application". This indirectly affected the display of order confirmations for users trading manually. In fact, users' orders were successfully created, but since they didn't reflect in real-time on the interface, it led to repeated orders or other related issues from some users. Even though we were technically prepared for a 10-fold increase in market trends, this market fluctuation exceeded our threshold.
In response to the occurrence of such issues, our technical team immediately started working on a solution, first urgently expanding our servers to deal with the increased demand. Additionally, we have strategically planned a new technical solution, expected to be released in the near future, to thoroughly solve similar user experience problems.
