Still can't make any trades even though I deposited 10 days ago. Still haven't gotten any responses to this issue
It will not send me a code to my email
No puedo hacer retiros, cambie mi contraseña y me sale el mensaje que no puedo hacer ningun retiro en 24 horas, ya han pasado 2 dias y sigue saliendo ese mensaje.

Account has been locked/frozen for 2 days and I keep receiving the same generic message from customer service, and I have not received any real support with the issue.
There is no customer service. You will only receive the same 4 generic messages that do not help with any issues. I have received the same messages repeatedly and the customer service refuses to help remove the frozen feature from my account so that I can log in completely.
