BTC（including BRC20）, SOLANA, LTC Network Wallet Upgrade Announcement

Dear Users,

To continuously optimize platform services and enhance user experience, Pionex will upgrade the BTC（including BRC20）, SOLANA, LTC network wallet on November 1, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, after which the deposit and withdrawal functions of the related tokens will automatically resume.

Important Notes:
1. After the wallet upgrade, the following deposit addresses will expire:

• BTC (including BRC20) network deposit addresses generated before May 9, 2024, at 07:00 (UTC).
• SOLANA network deposit addresses generated before April 23, 2024, at 08:00 (UTC).
• LTC network deposit addresses generated before June 18, 2024, at 08:00 (UTC).

2. Funds deposited to expired addresses will remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can retrieve funds using the self-service recovery function on the "Wallet Record" page within the specified time frame.
2. We strongly recommend users login to the Pionex App or website to check and obtain the latest deposit addresses.
4. This upgrade involves all tokens on the BTC（including BRC20）、SOLANA、LTC network. The deposit and withdrawal functions will operate normally and will not be affected during the upgrade.
