XLM, SUI Wallet Upgrade

Dear Pionex Users,

To provide a safer and faster user experience, Pionex will be upgrading the XLM (STELLAR), SUI wallets starting on October 31, 2024, at 7:00 (UTC).

Please Note:
1. During the upgrade and maintenance period, the trading functions of the relevant tokens will not be affected in any way;
2. The upgrade is expected to take 30 minutes, during which deposits will be temporarily closed, but withdrawals will not be affected;
3. As part of this upgrade, deposit addresses for the relevant network coins and tokens will be updated. It is recommended that users obtain the latest deposit addresses after the maintenance to proceed with deposits;
4. For a period of time, funds deposited to old addresses will still be credited normally until further notice;
5. After the completion of the upgrade, deposits will be automatically enabled without further notice.
