Pionex Product Adjustment Announcement

Dear Users:

Thank you for your continued support of the Pionex. We will officially close our Spot Leveraged Grid, Leveraged Reverse Grid, and Margin Grid on February 14, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC). The specific arrangements and compensation plans are as follows:

1. Order Closure:

• Users can close their relevant grid orders before February 14, 2025, 12:00 (UTC)
• For orders not actively closed, the platform will forcibly close all running orders after the deadline

2. Compensation Plan:

• For users with loss-making orders: You will receive a Futures Grid Bonus equal to your loss amount, and your VIP level will be upgraded by 2 levels (valid for 1 month)
• For users without loss-making orders: Your VIP level will be upgraded by 2 levels (valid for 1 month)

Kind Tips:
Futures grid bots and leveraged token spot grid bots are not included in the scope of this adjustment. You can continue to use them with confidence.
