New users may not get USDT-TRC20 address

Due to the wallet maintenance, new users who haven't deposited USDT-TRC20 may not get the address to deposit. It will be recovered until 10/02/2021 10:00 (UTC).

The withdrawal for new users, and deposit/withdrawal for old users are not influenced.
