If your withdrawal has been under review for more than 15 minutes, please contact Pionex customer service, and we will process it for you as soon as possible. 2. Processing: We are preparing to execute your withdrawal.
If your withdrawal has been under process for more than one hour, please contact Pionex customer service, and we will process it as soon as possible. 3. Completed: Your withdrawal has been processed, and you can check the status on the blockchain (network) through the link of "Transaction ID.”
