Pionex Will Support the NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) Token Merge

Dear users,

Pionex will support the NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) token merge to Threshold Network Token (T). Further details about this change are shown in the timeline below:

• Pionex will close the NU and KEEP futures arbitrage orders before 02:00 (UTC) on February 15, 2022;
• PIonex will stop trading at 03:50 on February 16, 2022 (UTC) and delist NU/USDT and KEEP/USDT spot trading pairs, all pending orders will be canceled, and robot orders for related trading pairs will also be canceled;
• After the trading pair is delisted, Pionex will take a snapshot of the user's NU and KEEP positions, and issue token T according to the exchange ratio of 1NU=3.26T, 1KEEP=4.78T;
• After the replacement is completed, the subsequent listing time of the new token (T) will be announced separately;
• New ERC-20 token contract (T): 0xCdF7028ceAB81fA0C6971208e83fa7872994beE5

• The token merge may be dilutive to either NuCypher (NU) or Keep Network (KEEP) token holders depending on the relative price of both tokens.
