Announcement on the Maintenance of ETH(Ethereum) and ETH L2 (ETH Layer 2)-related Network Wallet Deposit and Withdrawal Functions

Dear Users,

The ETH(Ethereum) team will conduct a network upgrade on May 7th, 2025, at 10:05 (UTC). To accommodate this upgrade, Pionex will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for ETH(Ethereum), Arbitrum (ARB), Optimism (OP), and Base (BASE)-related tokens on May 7th, 2025, at 08:30 (UTC). Services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

Please note:
1. During wallet maintenance, users can still trade.
2. Please deposit in advance. Pionex will assist users with all technical issues involved.
3. Pionex will reopen deposits and withdrawals for related tokens once the network is stable after wallet maintenance.
