What Is DIY?
DIY (Do-It-Yourself) gives you full control over your bot’s scaling-in strategy by allowing you to manually configure each Safety Order. This mode is ideal for experienced users who want to fine-tune their entry strategy based on their own market outlook. With DIY Mode, you can customize:
The price deviation for each Safety Order
The specific number of shares allocated to each Safety Order
The trailing rate for each Safety Order (applicable only for the DCA Bot - Trailing Mode)
This provides more flexibility than the default configurations in other DCA modes.
Parameters Settings
Price deviation (Price Scale)
After the first order is executed in each round, the bot will buy the coins when the price drop reaches this ratio. This ratio can be filled in with a percentage or an absolute value.
Shares
Shares determine how your total investment is divided among your safety orders.
Each Share represents an equal portion of your total investment.
You can assign a different number of Shares to each safety order, allowing more capital to be allocated at deeper dips.
Inverse Relationship: The more Shares you assign in total, the smaller the amount per Share, and vice versa. For example:
Investment: 1,000 USDT
Total Shares: 100
Amount per Share: 1,000 ÷ 100 = 10 USDT per Share
Impact of Minimum Trading Volume: Every trading pair has a minimum trading volume requirement (e.g., 0.001 BTC or 10 USDT per order). The amount per Share must not be less than this minimum. This directly affects the minimum investment required to run the bot. To calculate this: Minimum Trading Volume × Total Shares = Minimum Investment Required. For example:
Minimum Trading Volume: 0.35 USDT
Total Shares: 100
Minimum Investment: 0.35 × 100 = 35 USDT
Trailing
The bot will finally buy the coins after the price rises to the trailing rate you set, relative to the lowest price reached (applicable only for the DCA Bot - Trailing Mode).
Managing Safety Orders
Use the "Add" or "Delete" buttons to adjust the number of safety orders based on your strategy. Each order can be customized individually with its own price deviation and share allocation as explained above.
Save & Reuse Configurations
Use the "Favorite" button to save your current settings for future use. You can also import your previously saved configurations to apply them quickly to a new bot.
