EVM Network Wallet Upgrade Announcement

To continuously optimize platform services and enhance user experience, Pionex will upgrade the EVM network wallet on September 5, 2025 at 03:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. After completion, deposit and withdrawal functions for related cryptocurrencies will automatically resume without separate notification.

Important Notice

1. After the wallet upgrade, EVM network deposit addresses generated before September 12, 2024 at 08:00 (UTC) will expire.
2. Funds deposited to expired addresses remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can retrieve these funds through the self-service recovery function on the "History (Deposit)" page within the specified timeframe.
3. We strongly recommend that users log into the Pionex App or website to check and obtain the latest deposit addresses.
4. This upgrade involves all cryptocurrencies on EVM networks (including: ERC20, BEP20, ARBITRUM, OPTIMISM, FANTOM, AVAXC, MANTA, OORT, ETC, ETHW, etc.). During the upgrade, deposit and withdrawal functions will operate normally without interruption.
