XRP / NEAR / SUI Network Wallet Upgrade Announcement

Dear Users,

To continuously optimize platform services and enhance user experience, Pionex will upgrade the XRP / NEAR / SUI network wallet on October 12, 2025 at 07:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. After completion, deposit and withdrawal functions for related cryptocurrencies will automatically resume without separate notification.

Important Notice

1. After the wallet upgrade, deposit addresses generated before the following times will expire:
   
   XRP network: October 12, 2024, 15:00 (UTC+8)
   NEAR network: April 17, 2025, 16:00 (UTC+8)
   SUI network: October 31, 2024, 15:00 (UTC+8)
    
2. Funds deposited to expired addresses remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can retrieve these funds through the self-service recovery function on the "History (Deposit)" page within the specified timeframe.
3. We strongly recommend that users log into the Pionex App or website to check and obtain the latest deposit addresses.
4. During the upgrade, the deposit and withdrawal functions will continue to operate normally and will not be affected.
