Announcement on Supporting NuCypher(NU) Token Merger

Dear users,

Pionex will support the NuCypher(NU) token swap plan and make the following arrangements:

• Pionex will stop trading at 02:50 on March 28, 2022(UTC) and delist the NU/USDT spot trading pair, cancel all pending orders, and cancel robot orders for related trading pairs;
• After the trading pair is delisted, Pionex will take a snapshot of the user's NU holdings and issue T tokens according to the exchange ratio of 1NU=3.26T;
• New ERC-20 token contract (T): 0xCdF7028ceAB81fA0C6971208e83fa7872994beE5

• The token merge may be dilutive to either NuCypher (NU) token holders depending on the relative price of both tokens.
