Announcement on the Maintenance of ETH (Ethereum) and ETH Layer 2-related Network Wallet Deposit and Withdrawal Functions

Dear Users,

The ETH (Ethereum) team will conduct a hard fork upgrade on December 3rd, 2025, at 21:50 (UTC). To accommodate this upgrade, Pionex will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for ETH (Ethereum), Arbitrum (ARB), Optimism (OP), and Base (BASE)-related tokens on December 3rd, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC). Services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

Please note:

1. During wallet maintenance, users can still trade.
2. Please deposit in advance. Pionex will assist users with all technical issues involved.
3. Pionex will reopen deposits and withdrawals for related tokens once the network is stable after the hard fork upgrade.
