Announcement Regarding the Discontinuation of the Line Order Feature

Dear Users:

To enhance your trading experience, Pionex will be upgrading the web version of the K-line chart. Due to this technical restructuring, the Line Order feature will no longer be available. After the upgrade is completed, we will provide you with a smoother K-line trading experience, including optimized display of K-line position orders, drag-and-drop settings for take profit and stop loss functions, and more. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Feature Closure Timeline:

1. Starting from December 26, 2025, 16:00 (UTC), the creation of new Line Orders will be disabled;
2. To protect user rights, existing Line Orders will be retained for a 15-day processing period. You may manually cancel unfilled orders before January 10, 2026, 16:00 (UTC). After this time, the system will automatically cancel all unfilled Line Orders.

Important Notes:

1. After the Line Order feature is closed, your triggered positions and other order types (such as limit orders, market orders, etc.) will not be affected and can continue to operate normally.
2. Between December 26, 2025, 16:00 (UTC) and January 10, 2026, 16:00 (UTC), you may manually cancel unfilled orders at any time; the system's automatic cancellation of orders will not affect the security of your account assets.
