Announcement on the Maintenance of BSC (BNB Smart Chain) Network Wallet Deposit and Withdrawal Functions

Dear Users,

The BSC (BNB Smart Chain) team will conduct a Fermi Hard Fork upgrade on January 14th, 2026, at 02:30 (UTC). To accommodate this upgrade, Pionex will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for all tokens on the BSC network on January 14th, 2026, at 02:00 (UTC). Services will automatically resume once maintenance is complete.

Please Note:

1. During wallet maintenance, users can still trade.
2. Please deposit in advance. Pionex will assist users with all technical issues involved.
3. Pionex will reopen deposits and withdrawals for related tokens once the network is stable after the Fermi Hard Fork upgrade.
