How to download Transaction History Statement【App】

Currently, the function to download your account transaction history is only available on the App version, please click the link to download the Pionex App version.

“Android” (Android):
Through the official website link: https://download.pionex.com/?lang=en-US
Download the APK and install it.

“Apple” (iOS):
Through the official website link: https://download.pionex.com/?lang=en-US
Find the Testflight version and install it.

The Step on App version

1. Press “Account” on the right-bottom of the App
2. Click “Customer support”
3. Then click “Export Transactions history”
4. Confirm your email information and select the date range to export and press “Submit”

Please Notice:

1. The download link for the transaction history will be generated 24 hours after submission.
2. You can download the file through App or the Web.
3. The link is only valid within the next 7 days after generating. Please download it as soon as possible.
4. You can only apply for transaction history 3 times per calendar month.
5. The exporting data is based on UTC+8 time zone, please make sure the time range includes your transaction. Or you can export a few days later again.

The CSV file includes the following information:

• transaction history(Trading bot and manual trade)
• deposit/withdrawal history
• dust collector history
