Pionex trading bots have powerful functions. However, sometimes market price occurred extreme changes, or adjusting parameters with an abnormal setting may cause the bot to close. Here are some common problems and solutions:
1. The Bot close due to the order does not meet the minimum transaction accuracy when the currency price slump.
This situation may occur when the total investment of the order is allocated to the grid pending order or released profit has been withdrawn. The order may be closed. Please don't worry, the system will keep all your current holdings after closing the bot. You can create a new order manually.
2. Reduce the order investment, setting the price range/bot parameters with abnormal numbers
For example, you use mBTC/USDT to open the grid bot, assuming the current price of mBTC/USDT is 3.0, and modifying the price range to 20000-40000 when adjusting the range will cause the order to close. Please don't worry, the system will keep all your current holdings after closing the order. You can create a new order manually.
3. Stuck for more than 30 minutes when opening or closing an order.
This situation may occur when you open/close an order, and the system cannot place a limit order in the market due to the instantaneous fluctuation of the currency price. You can wait for 1 hour to observe whether the order is being processed continuously. Or you can contact the customer service mailbox (service@pionex.com) and provide us with your Pionex account email/phone and a screenshot of the order. The customer service team will solve it for you as soon as possible.
4. After the Spot-Futures arbitrage bot is closed, the balance show “hedge funds” in the Earn account cannot be used.
You can apply to us for the transfer of the funds through the form, and the processing will take 1-3 working days. After the procedure has been done, you can view and use it in the "Trade Account".
