Announcement Regarding Blocking Huione-Related Transactions in Compliance with FinCEN Requirements

Dear Users,

To fully comply with international regulatory requirements and ensure the platform's compliant operation, Pionex will take corresponding compliance measures based on the Final Rule issued by the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in October 2025, regarding the severance of Huione Group from the U.S. financial system (https://www.fincen.gov/news/news-releases/fincen-issues-final-rule-severing-huione-group-us-financial-system).

Accordingly, Pionex will conduct compliance investigations into all transactions, both direct and indirect, involving Huione. Actions will be taken based on the investigation findings, which may include asset freezes or account restrictions, among other measures.

Prior to this, Pionex had already implemented warnings on assets associated with Huione on APP and website in August 2024, and has enforced enhanced due diligence and compliance controls on relevant transactions.

We strongly advise all users to immediately cease any transactions with addresses associated with Huione and avoid any asset interactions with them.
