IV. Note

1. Please sign up before participating in this event. All futures grid orders created during the event after signing up with an actual investment amount of ≥50 USDT or ≥ 0.0014 BTC or ≥0.03 ETH are eligible to participate (Dynamic Margin Excluded). Orders must be transacted at least once to be included in the calculation.

2. Team Leader Registration: If you want to be a team leader, contact daisy.dai@pionex.com with your “Pionex UID” and “Team Name.” A team must have at least ten members to be considered a valid team and be eligible for team rewards (including leader rewards, team rewards, and invitee rewards).

3. How to Join a Team: Team members can join by team leader’s invitation link. Once you joined a team, you can’t switch. If there’s no team leader link, you can join the “Public Team” for team rewards, but you won’t be able to get invitee rewards.

4. Daily Yield Champion Calculation Range: From 08:00:01 to 08:00:00 the next day. Orders opened within the preceding 36 hours before the daily settlement are eligible for ranking. If multiple orders are opened, the one with the highest yield rate is considered, including orders that were closed or paused on that day. Orders that are still ongoing will be uniformly captured at 16:00:00 (UTC+8) daily, with a snapshot (Orders opened before the event’s start won’t be counted). Each order can claim the daily champion yield reward once, and orders that have previously claimed this reward will not be counted again. Orders must be transacted at least once to be included in the calculation.

5. Profit Champion Calculation Range: It includes futures grid orders initiated during the event. For multiple orders, the highest and lowest in profit and rate will be chosen. This calculation also includes orders that have been closed or paused during the event. Unfinished orders will have a snapshot taken at the end of the event (orders initiated before the start of the event will not be counted). To be included in the calculation, orders must be transacted at least once.

6. Team Ranking Calculation Range: During the event, the highest profit rate of qualified members is taken into account, which is calculated the same way as in the 'Overall Champion', and it includes orders that were placed before joining the team (have to fit to the calculation criteria). Ranking will be determined by taking the average of the entire team's performance. The team ranking is determined by the 'Team Score' which is calculated as 'Team Profit Rate' * 'the Number of Valid Participants in the Team* 100.

7. The rewards of the above events do not conflict with each other, users can participate and win multiple rewards at the same time

8. All rewards and compensation will be sent out within 10 working days after the end of the event, to the user's Pionex Primary account;

9. The physical prizes will be shipped after our staff contacts for delivery details. Users outside of Taiwan are responsible for covering international shipping costs or can opt to receive the equivalent value in USDT.

10. Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, malicious doing, or other cheating and fraudulent behaviors are prohibited. Upon verification, any awarded prizes or compensation eligibility will be revoked.

11. Pionex reserves the final right to interpret this event.
