1. Introduction of Pionex.US
There is excellent news for all members of the Pionex community. Pionex.US has launched in the United States and is authorized in 38 states. By the end of 2022, Pionex.US will increase operations to 48 states. Pionex.US provides a more convenient method for U.S. dollar deposit & withdrawal and offers more professional services customized for American users.
2. Do I need to re-submit my KYC?
We will synchronize your KYC information on Pionex to Pionex.US. You do not need to re-submit KYC information after you complete the migration. But suppose you used a passport or residence permit for KYC, according to the relevant laws and regulations. In that case, you will need to re-submit your driver's license or ID, because the certificate lacks address information.
3. Why do I need to fill in the SSN?
According to compliance requirements, we need your SSN or TIN information to help you make a better tax return. It will be stored securely and will not be shared without your permission, except as required by law.
4. Why are orders closed, and which orders need to be closed?
Due to legal requirements and restrictions, the trading tools and currencies provided by Pionex.US are different from Pionex. You will need to close specific orders before migration.
Pionex.US currently does not support functions such as Leveraged grid, Leveraged reverse grid, Margin grid, Arbitrage, Structured, and Lending.

5. Why do I need to sell some coins, and which of them need to be sold?
The coins offered by Pionex.US are slightly different from Pionex, so you need to sell the coins that are not offered in Pionex.US before migrating.

Note: Pionex.US will support more trading pairs as soon as possible to meet your needs.
6. After the migration is complete, how do I sign in to the new account?
After the migration is complete, your original Pionex account will not be able to sign in. Please visit here to download the Pionex.US APP.
When you log in to Pionex.US, your account password, bound mobile phone, email, 2fa, and other information will not be changed.
7. I have already registered an account in Pionex.US; How do I migrate?
There are two situations in this case,
Your Pionex.US account has no assets:
You can use our migration function in Pionex directly. We will delete your previous Pionex.US account after the migration. After the successful migration, please sign in to Pionex.US with your original Pionex account and password.
Your Pionex.US account has assets:
Please withdraw your assets to Pionex.US by yourself before using the migration function, or contact customer service, and we will help you complete the asset migration.
8. Issues related to handling fees
Pionex.US offers the lowest fees among compliant exchanges in the U.S.
BTC/USD: Free,
other BTC and ETH quoted trading pairs: 0.05%,
other trading pairs: 0.1%.
