Pionex will adjust the VIP fee rate at 16:00 on November 30th, 2023 (UTC) to better serve our users. Further details about this change are shown below:
After the update, the VIP discount rules for both Maker and Taker (futures trading) have been rebalanced. VIP users now enjoy lower transaction fees for Taker trades, offering users an overall greater trading discount. Below are the updated and comprehensive fee rate rules:
More Details:
- The VIP level is based on the rolling 30-day cumulative trading volume. The user VIP level is automatically updated daily at 04:00 (UTC) to the corresponding level.
- The VIP level can be upgraded when the transaction volume condition of spot or Futures contract transactions is met.
