Web operation step

1. Go to Pionex.com and click [Sign up]

2. You can create an account using either your email or phone number. In this example, we’ll explain how to sign up using an email address. Please follow these steps:

Enter your email address and enter a strong password with the following characteristics:

• Length must be at least 8 characters
• Must contain letters and numbers

Next click the [Sign up] button to proceed.

Note: Using a referral code is optional.

3. Complete the email/SMS verification and finally click the [Confirm] button to create your Pionex account.

App operation step

1. After downloading, open the Pionex app and click on [Pionex] - [Sign up]

2. You can create an account using either your email or phone number. In this example, we’ll explain how to sign up using an email address. Enter your email address and click the [Next Step] button to proceed.

3. Complete the CAPTCHA verification, email/SMS verification, and click the [Next Step] button to proceed.

4. Enter a strong password with the following characteristics:

Finally click the [Confirm] button to create your Pionex account.
