You can submit your KYC verification application by following these steps on the Pionex website or app.
Web operation step
Step 1 Go to the KYC verification page.
Go to Pionex.com and click [Avatar Icon] - [KYC] - [KYC] - [Verify]
Step 2 Apply for LV.1 verification.
Select your residential country/region and enter your full legal name. Read the confirmation conditions next to each checkbox, and tick only those that apply to you. Finally, click the [Submit] button to complete your application.
Step 3 Apply for LV.2 verification.
1. Go to the KYC verification page following the steps mentioned in Step 1, click [Upgrade], review the conditions and requirements, and if they apply to you, click the [Start] button to continue.
2. Click [Continue on this device], then select the issuing country and document type. Click [Next], submit clear, unmodified photos of your documents, and then click [Continue].
3. Click [Continue] - [Continue]. Enable/allow camera permissions when prompted, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the liveness check and submit your application.
App operation step
Step 1 Go to the KYC verification page.
Open the Pionex app and click on [Pionex] - [Avatar Icon] - [Identity verification] - [Verify]
Step 2 Apply for LV.1 verification.
Select your residential country/region and enter your full legal name. Read the confirmation conditions next to each checkbox, and tick only those that apply to you. Finally, click the [Submit] button to complete your application.
Step 3 Apply for LV.2 verification.
1. Go to the KYC verification page following the steps mentioned in Step 1. Click [Upgrade], review the conditions and requirements, and if they apply to you, click the [Start] button to continue.
2. Click [Continue], then select the issuing country and document type. Enable/allow camera permissions when prompted, take clear photos of your documents, and click the [Document is readable] button to submit them.
3. Click the [Continue] button, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the liveness check, and submit your application.
FAQ
1. I cannot find my country in the residential country/region list. What should I do?
If you reside in one of the “Unsupported Countries'/Regions” Pionex will not be able to provide services to you.
2. I accidentally submitted an incorrect “full legal name” in LV.1 verification. How can I modify it?
Once submitted, the information cannot be modified. Therefore, we recommend completing the LV.2 verification. Upon approval, the details from your highest verification level will be considered valid.
3. Can I directly submit the LV.2 verification without going through the LV.1 verification?
Yes, you can. Please click here to start the LV.2 verification directly.
