If you cannot receive the email verification code, please check whether the following conditions exist:
1. Using the wrong website/app:
Solution: Please check the URL in your web browser to ensure you are using the correct website, Pionex.com, instead of Pionex.US. If you are using the app, please make sure you have downloaded the correct Pionex app.
2. Check the spam folder of your email.
Solution: If your email service provider sends Pionex emails into your spam folder, you can mark them as “safe” by whitelisting Pionex’s email addresses. You can refer to How to Whitelist Pionex Emails to set it up. Addresses to whitelist: service@pionex.com
3. Your mailbox is full.
Solution: delete some emails and try again.
4. Apple Private Email ID
When we send emails to that address, Apple forwards them to the email address associated with the user's original Apple ID. Sometimes, this system can cause delays or blockages in receiving certain automated emails, such as verification codes. To address this, you can first try the above-mentioned methods. If the issue persists you can:
(1)Use an Alternative Email: Consider using a different email address that isn’t a private relay address.
(2)Contact Apple Support: If issues persist, contact Apple Support to ensure there are no settings or restrictions on their Apple ID that might be causing the problem.
*Apple’s private email relay service lets its users hide their email addresses as an added layer of privacy when using other services. When you enable the "Hide My Email" function in your Apple ID, Apple generates a unique and randomized email address, e.g., a1b2c3@privaterelay.appleid.com, that users can associate with other services.
Please get in touch with Pionex Support if you have any other questions.
