You can reset your Pionex account password by following these steps on the Pionex web or app.
Web operation step
1. Go to Pionex.com and click [Sign in] - [Forgot password?]
2. Enter the email or phone number associated with your Pionex account, click [Next] and complete the CAPTCHA verification to continue.
3. Complete Google Authenticator verification and email/SMS verification.
4. Set the new password and click [Submit] to set it successfully.
Finally, you can click the [Sign in] and use the new password to log in to your account.
App operation step
1. Open the Pionex app, click on [Pionex] - [Sign in] - [Forgot password?] - [Continue], then enter the phone number or email associated with your Pionex account and click [Next step].
2. Complete the CAPTCHA verification, Google Authenticator verification, email/SMS verification, enter your new password, and finally click [Next step] to set up successfully.
Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.
